Okay I need to do my farewell gifts now because I have not done a single thing and it's already 9:30pm and I don't think any seniors will ever see this so I can admit my tardiness here.

I recently started listening to Florence + The Machine and I love this dance routine and all the different interpretations of the same movements inside. And there is an 11 year old girl inside dancing like a pro.

It's been a particularly busy period for many. Tests, PW deadlines and late night dance rehearsals coincide with each other, and I have no time for anything. But I don't think studying for quizzes actually make much of a difference since I've studied for every quiz so far but I haven't passed every one. I was so sure of my performance in the Math graph quiz and it came back a fail so I really have no hopes for grades anymore. It is what it is. Although quizzes are such a small component of actual grades, failing quizzes usually lead to failing block tests but I will not jinx myself further. 

And my parents are okay with me failing which just makes me sad. Not because I think they don't care but because I know their greatest expectation of me is for me to be happy. "I know you're trying very hard and I'm happy to see that". Just tells me that I'm studying for nobody but myself.

Home learning day tomorrow but modern dancers have CCA at a glorious timing of 8 am. Less than a month to Italy! And a month to the impending block tests that I am doomed to fail.

I love this very psychedelic neon gif that is always relevant. Yes, I am so very tired and I still have to study for economics test. My economics notes welcome me after an arduous 8 hour long dance session but I have declined the invitation for now. 

Anyway, our beautiful dainty Chinese dance has more or less been completed. The story is about some beautiful court ladies that tried to seduce some generals (or possibly eunuchs). And I didn't even come up with that, Mr Dan came up with it. I foresee a lot of restraint with the long costumes though, they don't look exactly easy to dance in. EXCITED~ I had already predicted the false eyelashes thing because I remember the seniors wearing false lashes for their SYF. Time to tread precariously in the world of more-than-one-colour-of-eyeshadow, false eyelashes and contouring stage make up. 

Left a few Trails and then the SALT rehearsal for SWAG commenced. Comments that our first run was better than our second but at least the seniors know the reason for an apparently poorer performance is because everyone is thoroughly exhausted, so I was more than glad when we didn't have to stay for curtain call.
